1. What is the difference between a signature and express style?

A Glam+Go Signature Blowout is our classic Wash+Blow. Express Styles are our 15-minute styling session that starts on completely dry hair for a blowout finish in half the time. Think of an express style as more of a styling session, perfect for the girl on the go.

2. Arrival/reservation

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Glam+Go offers a 5-minute grace window, after which, we have the right to service the next client and your appointment may be forfeited.

3. Cancellation policy:

Glam+Go has a 12-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations and no-shows within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of retail. A cancellation is only valid by speaking to a customer service representative during normal customer service hours or by canceling directly on our website or App. Emails and voicemails do not constitute acceptable forms of cancellation.

4. Membership billing & cancellation:

Our memberships are non-transferable, cannot be shared, and are non-refundable. All membership benefits roll-over and do not expire for the duration of your membership. If you cancel your membership you will automatically lose any remaining benefits. We do not offer freezes as all benefits roll-over.

Members receive 10% off any additional services. This discount cannot be combined with any other specials. Membership cancellation: In order to cancel your membership you must submit notice in writing, a minimum of 5 business days before your next billing cycle.

5. Packages

Our three and five packs expire in three months from date of purchase. Our 10 packs expire in six months from date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable and cannot be shared.

6. Payment

All Glam+Go locations are cash free. We accept all credit cards and Glam+Go Giftcards.

7. How does gratuity

We suggest a 20% gratuity on the retail price of your service. Gratuity may be paid to your stylist directly via cash or Venmo.

8. Can I book the same time each week?

Know your schedule in advance? As a member, you can “block book”. Want every Tuesday at 9am? Just let us know! You can book up to a month in advance. Please remember, our cancellation and no-show policies apply to all appointments.

9. Can I share my membership?

While we’d love to meet your friends (and there are rewards for referring them!) membership is non-transferable and can be used by the members only.

10. Group booking:

Groups are considered parties of 6+. In order to reserve an event or party, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining amount is charged 1 week before your event date and at that point is also non-refundable.
