What is Glam&Go?
Glam&Go believes in Blowouts for busy women. With the most convenient locations, top stylists, affordable membership options & 15-minute express services for professional 'oomph' in a time crunch - Great Hair Days are now quick, accessible & easy.

What is the difference between an Express Style & a Signature Blowout?
An express style is our 15-minute express styling session where you start with dry hair, add dry shampoo & hot tools for a blowout finish in half the time. Our signature blowout is a traditional wash & blow.

How much does it cost?
Glambassador Membership let you binge on blowouts without breaking your budget. Choose your Membership based on your blowout behavior from twice a month, to twice a week, starting at $79.

We also offer a la carte services: 
Glam&Go Express Style: $25. Glam&Go Signature Blowout: $45. Braid: $25. Updo: $60

Is tip included?
Glam&Go auto-charges 20% gratuity to your appointment. You have the option to adjust your tip at the end of each service.

How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment is through credit card only. Gratuity may be added via cash or credit card.

What if I am late to or miss my appointment?
We understand, things come up. Cancel at least 2 hours prior receive no penalty. Within 2 hours, there is a $10 cancel fee. No shows are charged 50% of the full retail price. 

What products do you use?
Glam&Go is partnered with L'Oreal Redken Salon Professional Products.

Can Glam&Go make a special trip just for me, or come to my home?
Glam-to-Go appointments, as we call them, are possible. At home or On location appointments are $75.

 

Glambassador Membership FAQs

 
Your Log In
If you already have an account with us, continue to use your existing login. If you have not already created a Log In/Account with us, your username is this email, and your temporary password has been set to iloveglam1 – your log in will work online, and our mobile app.

Booking
There are 3 ways to book your Glam. Online at www.glamandgo.com, via our Glam&Go mobile app, or over the phone with our Membership Concierge at 1844.GET.GLAM between 7am-7pm EST (9am-6pm EST on Saturdays). Our phone lines are closed on Sundays. When booking, you do not need to specify yourself as a member, we know who you are. To us, you're a big deal. 

There are no limitations to booking, however we appreciate booking only appointments you plan to make. Should you need to cancel, see below for our policy. 

 If you accidentally book more than one appointment in a day, we will always first try to reach you via phone or email to confirm which appointment you’d like to keep. If we cannot reach you, we will assume you want the most recently booked appointment.
Something to Note: When booking online, the full price of the appointment will show, however you will not be charged, & your membership benefits will apply in-store at check out. The system just shows you what you would be charged, had you not made the incredibly smart decision to become a Glambassador.

Appointment Cancellation
Member appointments apply to our general Cancellation Policy. Please see above. 

Tipping
No cash. No time. No Problem. As a Glambassador member, a 20% tip is auto-charged per service. ($8 on blowouts, $5 on express styles). You just get to Glam & Go. 

What Your Membership Includes:
As a Glambassador, on top of Blowouts &/Or Express Styles your Member Benefits include:
- Member Pricing on all additional Blowouts/Express outside Membership tier at $35/Blowout & $15/Express.
- Access to All Glam&Go Locations across US
- Priority Booking & Cashless Tipping
- 10% On All Retail Products, Special Occasion & Add On Services
- Inclusion in the Glam&Go “Fringe Benefits” Perks Program
- Glam-To-Go At Home/On Location Request Eligibility (we will only go to the homes of Members)

Extensions or Extra Long Hair?
Have extensions or extra long hair? We’re envious, we love you – but we’ll need more time. Please contact us if this is you so we can get you set up appropriately, and you won’t need to worry each time you book. In addition, there is a $10 charge per service.

Membership Dues
Monthly dues will be charged on the date of purchase. Memberships are non-transferable.

Freezing
Members are granted one complimentary Month freeze per calendar year. To freeze your membership, email SOL@glamandgo.com. Additional months are subject to $20 monthly freeze charge.

Membership Cancellation
While we hope this never happens, memberships may be cancelled via email with 30 days notice by emailing SOL@glamandgo.com. Cancellations can only be made in writing to SOL@glamandgo.com. The remainder of your month will be pro-rated to your next bill date. (i.e. You request to cancel on May 15th, your next bill date is June 2. Your last charge will be prorated for June 2 – June 15).
